Leahlani Skincare Review

“Leahlani Skincare is a mix of organic botanicals and clays, delicious tropical fruits, and pure organic Hawaiian nectars blended in intimate, aloha-infused batches on the lush north shore of Kauai Island.”

I am always looking for new natural products to try, and when I came across Leahlani Skincare, I didn’t think twice. I’ll state the obvious first: The packaging is absolutely beautiful. Each one has a gold lid and frosted glass (aside from the coco infusions). I almost want to just sit them on my desk for everyone to see!

Leahlani skincare started as an Etsy shop and just recently started her own website, which is Leahlaniskincare.com. You have to visit her website. If you appreciate pretty things, you will definitely love it! It is so beautiful!

Each and every single item is so unique and made with so much love; I think that is my favorite thing about the company. The founder went to a holistic esthetician school in Hawaii, then had her own private esthetician practice. Also, each and every item is made in Hawaii by hand by her, and shipped out by her husband.  Somehow, I knew I would love her products, even before they arrived at my door.

I’ll start out with my favorite thing of the 4 products that I have tried, the Bless Beauty Balm ($48). Oh, goodness. This delicate pink beauty balm blew me away. Everything from the scent, to the texture, to the results… they’re all amazing. I use this primarily as a night treatment. My new and improved night routine consists of the Tata Harper Purifying Cleanser, and then of course, I apply my Kypris Antioxidant Dew. This beautiful balm goes on top of that and my skin feels like a babies bottom in the morning. The results truly have exceeded my expectations.

Next, let’s talk about this 3-in-one cleanser, exfoliator, and mask, which is known as Honey Love ($28). I like to use this 1-2 times a week. I put a decent amount all over my face and under my chin, and let it set for about 15 minutes. Then, I rinse with warm water. This smells like lavender and chamomile, which I didn’t know if I would love, for I’m not the biggest fan of the scent of Lavender. Although, I really love the scent of the Honey Love. If you have been looking for a great exfoliator that is still gentle, look no further. My skin is extremely soft after using this beautiful cleanser. I also really notice more radiant skin. You can’t go wrong with this product!

Personally, I am a huge fan of toners. They definitely aren’t the most crucial step, but they do make my skincare routine complete. This Bohemian Ruby Balancing Toner ($32) is just great. This toning mist is specially formulated for sensitive, dry, and delicate skin types, and my skin is all three of those things. A few of the key ingredients contain pure hawaiian spring water, soothing aloe, calendula, lavender essential oil, blue tansy, and rose geranium. This toner is meant to calm inflammation and reduce redness, and I believe it does just that! If you have been looking for a new toner, I think you’ll love this one!

In fact, just yesterday, I left a detoxifying mask on for way too long. My skin was honestly the color of a tomato. It terrified me! I sprayed this mist all over my face and neck, and in just a couple of minutes, my skin had became way less red. I think this toning mist does its job perfectly!

This Mahana Organic Coco Infusion smells like a tropical paradise. What it is: a shimmering body oil that makes your skin look so blowy, beautiful, and healthy! I have had this for quite a while and have been wanting to do a review of it because I loved it so much, but I wanted to wait until I had more products from the line. What I love most about this is of course the smell, but I also love how you can also use it in your hair! I run a little bit of this through the ends of my hair to make it look and feel more healthy. Also, it makes your hair smell just as good! This contains coconut oil, kukui oil, macadamia oil, and more beautiful ingredients! If you’re not a big fan of the coconut smell, they also have Pua Lei, which is a nice floral scent!

The only downside to the coco infusions is that they will solidify if not kept in a warm place. I have to sit them under lamps to keep them from hardening because the men in our house like to keep it cold, but it is still such a wonderful product.

I hope you all enjoyed this review of a few of the products in the Leahlani skincare line! These are going to be in my skincare rotation for a while, I already know!

Have a great day, and God Bless!!
