Hello, there! Today I thought I would share with you my current favorite affordable natural beauty products! Most of my February favorites ended up in my current skin care routine, so I decided to just do a current favorites instead! A lot of the products in this post have been bought very recently, so I didn’t think they fit in a February favorites post. All of these products are also very affordable, and I’m sure that you all will appreciate that! I have been finding some fantastic beauty products at the drugstore lately (Mostly Target, Sprouts, and Walgreens). Let’s jump into my current drugstore favorites, shall we?
I am such a big fan of The Honest Company. If you have little ones, I strongly encourage you to try out some of their all-natural baby-care products (please, please don’t use brands like Johnson & Johnson, the ingredient are not suited for any living thing, much less a baby). Even if you don’t have any kiddos, their products are still great for adults! This lemongrass Honest Co. hand sanitizer gel (2 pack for $6) is unlike any other that I have tried. One of the main ingredients is Aloe, which I quickly found out because it is quite sticky at first. My first impression was that I hated it, but after a few seconds the stickiness completely went away and I was left with ultra soft hands that smelt wonderful. This contains only natural, skin-loving ingredients, and is definitely an essential in my handbag! You can find this at Whole Foods, TJ Maxx, Target, Sprouts, and more.
This Alba Botanica Kukui Nut Hawaiian Body Cream ($14) has become one of my go-to body moisturizers. You can find this at Whole Foods and Sprouts! Target and Walgreens also carry Alba, but sadly, I haven’t seen this on the shelves yet. One of my standards when it comes to body moisturizer is that the scent has to smell great and last for a while. This definitely does both of those things. The scent is very warm, nutty, and truly invigorating. It smells kind of like almond mixed with cocoa! Those are two of my favorite skin care ingredients, so it is no surprise that I love this!
There is just something about Acure’s packaging that I adore. These Coconut + Argan Oil Face and Body Wipes ($6.99) are fantastic. If you use face wipes or body wipes regularly, I definitely encourage you to give these a try! They have a light scent, but my favorite thing about them is that the material is so soft. Of course, I also love that they have great ingredients. I use these sometimes on my face before going in with a cleanser to make sure that my skin is as clean as possible. Also, I use these on my body to freshen up. You can find these at Target, that’s where I picked them up! I love the Unscented Argan Face Wipes as well!
You may have seen me talk about this Shea Moisturizer Fruit Fusion bath, body, and massage oil ($9.99) in my blog post featuring a few of the products from this line. If you did, you can skip over this, because nothing has changed… I still am in love. The smell of this oil is very tropical! It smells like a Hawaiian vacation! Well, I have never been to Hawaii, but that is what I imagine it smelling like. My main use for this oil is as a shaving oil, but I love using it as a moisturizer as well. I have also been adding it to my baths to help the hot bath water to not dehydrate my skin as much. If you’re lucky, you can pick this up at Walgreens or Ulta. It is usually sold out at mine.
Last, but certainly not least, I have these two dry roll-on rich body oils from Pacifica ($13). These oils are mag-nif-i-cent. I had never seen a roll-on body oil before, so when I saw these in Target, I had to try them out. I am very glad that I did. Both of these smell absolutely wonderful, but my favorite of the two would have to be the Tuscan Blood Orange. If you like sweet, citrus scents, this one is for you. This scent is isn’t overwhelming whatsoever, but you can still smell it on your skin for a while. They also have a Tuscan Blood Orange Spray Perfume ($22), so if you want to layer the two products and have a stronger scent, I recommend trying that out. Plus, the perfume is much better for you than traditional fragrances.
The Indian Coconut Nectar roll-on body oil is heavenly as well. If you like strong coconut scents, you’ll absolutely love this! The perfume version ($22) of this scent is to die for, I just received it in the mail! I’m smelling like a tropical getaway right now. The perfume will probably be in an upcoming favorites post. I definitely encourage you to try these Pacifica body oils and perfumes out! They have several other scents if you don’t think you would like these two.
I hope you enjoyed this blog post about the affordable products that I am loving right now! As always, if you have any suggestions for future posts, leave me a comment below!
Have a wonderful day, everyone!
